Neha Jain is a product and supply chain leader with over 20 years of experience in global fashion retail. She has architected and scaled supply chain solutions for multi-million-dollar apparel businesses across North America. Neha brings a rare combination of hands-on industry experience and academic perspective, serving as a professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.), and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. That dual lens — broad industry fluency and future-forward thinking — is embedded into everything Texnova delivers.
